All the product images on this website are actual images of the product you will receive (Unless Stated), please use these images to determine the items condition before purchase.

All of our stock is pre-owned unless stated that it is Factory Sealed or New in the product title.

If a game states that it is “(Complete)” this means it will include the case, game and manual. (DLC and other extras may or may not be included)

If a game states that it is “(Missing Manual)” this means it will include the case, game but its manual will not be included. (DLC and other extras may or may not be included)

If a game states that it is “(Disk Only), (Cart Only) or (UMD ONLY)” this means it will include the game only, nothing else will be included. (DLC and other extras may or may not be included)

Note: Some newer generation of games do not come with a manual, for this reason most Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Switch & Wii U games will only include the disk and the case.

Please be aware that the games may arrive with scratches or wear: on the disk, cartridge, case, manual, inlay or cover. This is to be expected as the majority of our items are of an age.

All pre-owned consoles will come with 1 controller and all the required cables unless stated that its is (Console Only). A console only item will literally consist of the console unit only and nothing else. Most pre-owned consoles will have signs of wear in some form. such as, scratches, light marks, dents etc.

All pre-owned PCs & Laptops come with a fresh copy of Windows 10 or 11 & 1 year Kaspersky Internet Security pre-installed and have a 3 month warranty unless stated in the product title or description.

All pre-owned MacBooks come with a fresh copy of their latest possible operating system pre-installed and have a 3 month warranty unless stated in the product title or description.

All games, consoles & accessories are from the PAL UK region unless stated in the product title or description.

We clean and test all of our stock in order to bring you the best quality products possible. For this reason, we will only accept returns if an item is deemed faulty at source.

All Consoles are tested for a minimum of 30 minutes. Games are tested to the games title screen at a minimum and in most cases beyond. All accessory functions are thoroughly tested.

All Consoles & Handhelds are reset to factory defaults where possible before they are shipped. The only exception to this is if its a console variant and a game came pre-installed from the factory.

All Macs, PCs and Laptops are tested for a minimum of 1 hour and they always have a fresh operating system installed. All drivers and updates are complete.

Warranty

We offer a minimum free 28 Day Warranty on all items, longer warranty items will be stated in the product title or description.

However there are exceptions where the warranty may not be honoured:

  1. Physical damage voids the warranty.
  2. Liquid damage voids the warranty.
  3. Flashback Retro Warranty seal broken/damaged voids the warranty.
  4. Any damage caused by rooting/ jailbreaking a device voids the warranty.
  5. Removable covers such as battery covers, port/interface covers are not warranty items.
  6. Consumable items such as batteries are not warranty items.
  7. Any items with single use codes e.g. software, game activation codes or subscription codes are not warranty items.
  8. Any items that are sold for spares, repair, faulty or untested carry absolutely no warranty.
  9. Corrupt Software on a Mac, PC or Laptop due to user error or corrupt updates is not covered.
  10. Contracting a virus on a Mac, PC or Laptop is not covered. Having an antivirus software installed does not mean you can’t catch a virus, always be careful to double check links and files before opening.
  11. If you have deleted content that came pre-installed with the product and it is no longer available there may be a charge for reinstall it.

Pricing

All our pricing is set at the time of listing the product. Feel free to query a price if you feel there has been an error, we will look into it right away and get back to you.

Delivery

Any product that is free shipping will be with you within 3 to 5 working days.

Any JOBLOT of spares, repair of faulty items will be with you within 3 to 5 working days if shipping is offered.

Unfortunately some RARE, EXPENSIVE or EASILY DAMAGED items will be store collection only.
